This is a beautiful naturally colored specimen of an agate geode cut base. It has brilliant striata and crystals contained within. This piece would most certainly complete any home or office decor, and also be a wonderful addition to any collection.
Agate is a type of quartz formed when siliceous matter fills a void in existing lava. This matter seeps in over time by layers and forms the striata resulting in truly elegant designs.
