Sodalite is well known for its light to dark pure blue color in the semi-precious stone trade. The name is given as a reference to its sodium content. It is considered a scarce mineral.
Clear Quartz forms naturally when silica rich solutions occur in underground cavities and fractures where conditions for unobstructed growth are present. Quartz is wonderfully clear and pleasing to the eye.
